| Lisa Edmunds LCSW Social Work Employed Since: February 1997 Education Masters of Social Work from SUNY Albany Profile Lisa received her BA in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1985. She received her Masters in Social Work from SUNY Albany in 1989. Before becoming a Certified School Social Worker, she worked at Northeast Parent and Child Society with children in residential placement and then for the Families Work program (intensive in home family therapy). Lisa also has several years experience as a Mental Health Therapist, first at Northstar Mental Health Clinic in Saranac Lake, and later at St. Mary’s Hospital Children’s Mental Health Clinic in Amsterdam. Lisa has been a School Social Worker for the past 10 years, working part time at both Whispering Pines and Cobleskill-Richmondville Central School District for several years, and then full time at Whispering Pines for the last few years.
